Bike Walk Tennessee was established on August 18, 2009 from advocates across Tennessee with experience and commitment to improve conditions for bicyclist and pedestrians in all regions.  They know the best advocacy is that created and promoted locally within cities and towns and they plan to help all municipalities participate fully in the benefits provided by these activities.
